A quick search on Amazon on "leadership" returns 16,555 book titles. There are thousands of experts on leadership, hundreds of methods, programs, approaches, models, products and services that claim to help leaders lead better. How often are Human Resource and Organization Developmental professionals in a company are asked what they think of leadership development? At Kaipa Group, we continuously ask every one of our clients, potential clients, partners and friends what is happening in their organizations that is adding value to leadership development initiatives. And we improve our services based on their inputs. This research project, simply called Leadership Development Survey is an attempt to connect with HR and OD people in various organizations who are passionate about their contribution. And find out what excites them, what concerns them, what works and doesn't work in their organizations and what do they envision for the future of their leaders. We plan to create a comprehensive report / white paper based on the survey and share it with the HR/OD community.
